As being the broth itself is rather mild, you may add a dash of vinegar, soy sauce and pepper for further flavour. I wouldn’t say this was the BOMB or something, but it was tasty and came in generous parts. Parts are counted by pax (RM13 for every pax).It was an complete strike with my household! I cooked 2kgs of noodles and every bit was gone! M
